By accessing this website or engaging AMG Proline for any project, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services. AMG Proline has proudly served homeowners and businesses across Chicagoland since 2015, and these Terms exist to keep every project clear, fair, and professional for both sides.
1. Our Services
AMG Proline provides residential and commercial remodeling services, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, flooring installation, drywall installation and repair, countertop installation, and full home and commercial renovations. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in the written estimate, proposal, or contract provided to you before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; all work is subject to a separate signed agreement.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise. Because remodeling frequently uncovers conditions that cannot be seen during an initial visit—such as hidden water damage, outdated wiring, or structural issues—final pricing may be adjusted through a written change order. We will always discuss any such changes with you before proceeding.
3. Scheduling and Site Access
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by permitting, material availability, weather, and unforeseen site conditions. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to keep the space clear of personal belongings and obstructions. Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable decision-makers, or client-supplied materials may extend the completion date and affect pricing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are set out in your project contract and typically include a deposit to secure your project date, progress payments tied to milestones, and a final payment due upon substantial completion. Invoices are payable by the date shown on the invoice. Amounts not paid when due may be subject to a late charge to the extent permitted by Illinois law. Work may be paused on accounts that become past due.
5. Changes and Change Orders
Any change to the agreed scope of work—including added tasks, upgraded materials, or design revisions—must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect the project price and schedule. Verbal requests are not binding until confirmed in writing.
6. Workmanship Warranty
AMG Proline stands behind its craftsmanship and provides a workmanship warranty as described in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, and appliances are passed through to you and are governed by the terms of the respective manufacturer. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, alterations by others, or events beyond our control.
7. Permits and Code Compliance
Where required, AMG Proline will obtain the necessary building permits and perform work in accordance with applicable local codes. Fees for permits and inspections may be billed to you unless otherwise stated in your contract. You are responsible for disclosing any homeowners’ association rules or private restrictions that apply to your property.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, to make timely decisions on selections and approvals, and to secure or remove valuables and pets from the work area. If you supply your own materials, you are responsible for their quality, quantity, and timely delivery, and AMG Proline cannot warranty work performed with client-supplied materials.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set out in your signed contract. Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent they cover materials already ordered, custom items, design work performed, or labor scheduled. Where a right to cancel is required by law, that right will be honored.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMG Proline’s total liability arising out of any project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that project. AMG Proline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations created by prior owners or contractors, or issues arising from client-supplied materials or designs.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, photographs, project galleries, logos, and graphics—is the property of AMG Proline or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Project Photography
AMG Proline may photograph completed work for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes. Photographs will not include personal identifying information without your consent. If you prefer that your project not be photographed or featured, simply let us know in writing.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites for your convenience. AMG Proline does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any linked site.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or a project contract shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
15. Changes to These Terms
AMG Proline may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
